Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing the Couch2Hyrox program (the “Program”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy the Program.
1. The Program
Couch2Hyrox is a digital training program: written workouts, instructional videos, downloadable PDFs and spreadsheets, and access to a private community. We deliver everything immediately after purchase through the member dashboard at couch2hyrox.com/dashboard.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program for your own training. You may not resell, republish, distribute, or share your login or downloaded files with anyone else.
3. Account & access
Access is tied to the email you used at checkout. We sign you in with a one-tap magic link emailed to that address — please keep that mailbox secure. We may suspend access if we detect account sharing or fraudulent activity.
4. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and one-time unless explicitly labeled as a subscription. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
5. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by our 30-day “train and decide” guarantee. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
6. Health disclaimer
Exercise carries inherent risk. The Program is general educational content, not medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting it, especially if you have any pre-existing condition, injury, or are pregnant. By using the Program you confirm you are physically capable of exercising and assume all risk of injury.
7. Intellectual property
All content — text, video, audio, graphics, code, and design — is owned by Couch2Hyrox or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Third-party trademarks
“HYROX” is a registered trademark of Upsolut Sports GmbH. Couch2Hyrox is an independent training program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyrox GmbH.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Program is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for material breach of these Terms. On termination, the license in Section 2 ends immediately.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Couch2Hyrox is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
