Our promise is simple: train Phase 0, decide.
The guarantee
If, within 30 days of purchase, you have completed Phase 0 (Weeks 1–4 of the Program) and don't feel meaningfully fitter than the day you started, email us and we will refund every cent. No forms. No interrogations. No hard feelings.
How to request a refund
- Email support@couch2hyrox.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Subject line: Refund.
- Include your tracker (or a quick note about the sessions you completed). This helps us improve the program for the next person.
We process refunds within 3 business days. The funds will land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Why we ask you to actually train
We're not protecting against risk — we're protecting your result. Phase 0 is 12 sessions of ~30 minutes each. If you do them and the program isn't for you, the refund is automatic. If you haven't done the work yet, we'd rather you keep training than collect money for something that wasn't given a chance.
Eligibility window
The 30-day clock starts the moment your purchase is confirmed. After day 30, all sales are final.
Multi-tier purchases
If you bought a higher tier (Complete or Lifetime) and want to downgrade rather than fully refund, we can credit the difference toward the lower tier. Just ask.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback — we will almost always resolve it faster and more favorably for you. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in your account being closed.
